John Welsh, Jr.

John James Patrick Welsh, Jr., 72, of Hatfield, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 24, 2022. 

John was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late John Welsh, Sr. and the late Catherine (Lockard) Welsh.

John loved his Philadelphia sports teams; Eagles and Phillies were his favorites! In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling to the “Sin City”, betting on his favorite sports teams or trying his luck on the tables. 

John was a loving brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his two sisters, Catherine and Diane; son, John Welsh, III, and two daughters, Tracey Welsh and Christina Welsh; four grandchildren, Kayla, Anthony, Devin and Sydney, and two great- grandchildren, Charlotte and Tatum. 

John was preceded in death by his two brothers, Ronald Welsh and Joe Welsh, and his sister Denise Christini. 

A private Memorial Service will be held for the family.
