Theresa Marie Fowler passed away on the evening of October 16th in her home in Philadelphia, PA.

Born in Philadelphia on January 11th, 1949 to Edward and Jessie Fowler.

She is survived by two sons: Thomas (Suzanne) Fowler and Robert Fowler. In addition, she is survived by her fiancé George Gillespie and her caregiver May Gillespie.
