Diane Marie Lukach left this earth peacefully on October 26, 2025 due to complications from dementia.  She truly was a free spirit who lived life on her own terms.  Diane was born in Bucks County and moved to Lancaster Pa.  where she was employed for many years by Lancaster General Hospital (now Penn Medicine). She loved and had compassion for all animals, especially cats and had a habit of befriending strays.  She enjoyed traveling to her sister and brother's homes for the holidays and will be sorely missed.   Diane is predeceased by her mother and father, sister Rosemary and brother Joe.  She is survived by her sister Deborah and husband Jerre, brother Michael, and beloved Tommy, 4 nephews and 3 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews. Fly away little bird, you are finally free.   Diane will be remembered at a Celebration of Her Life at a later date.   Donations in Diane's name can be made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Lancaster County, Pa.
